1. Description of Service

Gamearena is a high-performance, low-latency game streaming engine that allows you to stream your Windows PC games to any device - phone, tablet, or laptop - using peer-to-peer technology. No cloud servers. No new hardware.

We provide the streaming platform, the web client, and the infrastructure to connect your PC to your devices. You provide your PC, your games, and your internet connection.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you represent that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or have parental consent if under 18 in your jurisdiction).
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You will use the Service in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may create an account on the Service by providing a valid email address and creating a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
